A site I’m building at the moment has required me to consider the poor people who still unfortunately use Internet Explorer 6. I’d love to think it was a thing of the past, extinct along with any pre-XP versions of Windows and late 90’s pop music but unfortunately not.

Regarding Firefox add-ons for developers, of which there is a fantastic selection - please, everyone check out Firebug, unless you have already.
It is the NUMBER 1 ESSENTIAL ADD-ON FOR ANY WEB DESIGNER/DEVELOPER.
If anybody has recommended this to me before and I’ve not acknowledged it, I’m very sorry and very foolish not to have done.

When Flash came along…
Millions and millions of years ago, man created an invisible entity, a power to which the world would kneel down and worship and would change the lives of everyone forever. Some called it the ‘World Wide Web’, but by some it was known only as ‘The Internet’.
In it’s early days of life, […]

I’m a big believer in semantic, valid mark-up. Both XHTML and CSS. And it’s fairly safe to say that every website I build now contains valid code, unless in the case of integrating a complex script which makes it extremely difficult to obtain the coveted W3C valid link at the bottom of the site.
There is […]
